1. What we collect

1.1 From our forms: your name, email address and phone number, your company's name and website, and your answers about your business: its industry, its rough yearly revenue, where your team loses time, and what you could invest in a build.

1.2 When you book: the time you pick and the details you give the scheduling tool.

1.3 From your browser: pages visited, device and browser type, referring page, how much of our video you watched, and ad click data, collected with cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use it

2.1 To reply to you, check whether we can help, book and run calls, and send the reminders you ask for.

2.2 To measure and improve our own website and advertising.

2.3 To do the work once you hire us, and to meet legal and billing duties. Data you give us for a build is covered by your signed scope as well as this policy.

3. Text messages and email

3.1 When you give us your phone number and agree, J&T Solutions may call and text you at that number about your call and our services, including automated and marketing texts such as confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. Texts come from J&T Solutions' own business number, (469) 860-5509.

3.2 Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

3.3 Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email admin@trygtm.com.

3.4 We may email you about your call and our services. Each marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

3.5 We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies, the Meta pixel and the Conversions API

4.1 We use cookies, including cookies that remember your visit and the page version you saw, and that show which ad brought you here.

4.2 We may use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API. They send Meta events such as a page view or a submitted form, and may include your email or phone number in hashed form. We use this to measure our ads and show them to people like our visitors.

4.3 You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and manage ad settings in your Meta account. The site may work less well with cookies blocked.

5. Who we share it with

5.1 We do not sell your personal information.

5.2 We share it with the providers that help us run J&T Solutions, such as hosting, scheduling, texting, email, payments and advertising platforms, only as needed for that work.

5.3 We may disclose information when the law requires it, or in a sale of the business.

6. Keeping and protecting it

6.1 We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

7.1 You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of texts and email, by writing to admin@trygtm.com.

7.2 J&T Solutions is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
